Independent platform
exams.com.sg is an independent preparation service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ministry of Manpower or the official examination provider, and no result here guarantees a pass in the official examination.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts are for one person; sharing an account may result in suspension.
Purchases and access
Mock + Diagnosis grants one full mock attempt, usable within the access period stated at the time of purchase. Complete Preparation grants time-limited access from the date your payment is verified, with the number of full mock attempts stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Your exact expiry date is shown in your account, and later price or plan changes do not alter a purchase you have already made.
Attempts
A full mock attempt is consumed when you confirm the start of the exam. If a genuine technical fault prevents you from completing it, contact us and an administrator can restore the attempt.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, record, republish, resell or bulk-extract our questions, explanations or study materials, or attempt to bypass access controls or automate access to the platform.
Refunds
Because access is delivered immediately, refunds are considered case by case where the service could not reasonably be used. Contact us with your order details.
Changes
We may update prices, question banks, features and these terms. Changes do not shorten an access period you have already paid for.
