Question 1

Is Exams.com.sg the official CEI examination website?

Accepted Answer

No. Exams.com.sg is an independent examination-preparation platform. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or the official CEI examination provider. Our materials support your revision. They do not award a CEI qualification or register you for the official examination.

Question 2

Are these the real CEI examination questions?

Accepted Answer

No. Our practice questions are independently developed using the published CEI syllabus and relevant Singapore employment regulations. They are not official past papers, leaked questions or reproductions of confidential examination content. The questions help you practise understanding and applying the topics covered in your revision.

Question 3

Which CEI examination are the practice materials designed for?

Accepted Answer

Our current practice materials focus on the standard CEI (KAH) examination for Key Appointment Holders.Check your required examination variant before choosing practice materials. CEI (Basic), CEI (KAH) non-MDW and CEI (KAH) without EFMA have differences in scope or format. Do not assume that a standard KAH mock exactly matches another variant.

Question 4

Do the practice questions include answers and explanations?

Accepted Answer

Our practice materials include answers and explanations to help you understand the reasoning behind each question. In paid full mock exams, answers and explanations become available after submission. When reviewing a mistake, focus on the rule involved and how it applies to the situation. This helps you prepare for unfamiliar questions rather than simply memorising answers.

Question 5

Does passing a mock exam guarantee that I will pass the official CEI exam?

Accepted Answer

No. A mock score reflects your performance on that set of practice questions. The official examination may use different wording, scenarios and questions.Use your results to guide revision. Check your weaker topics and sections, and make sure you can explain why an answer is correct. Repeatedly scoring well on questions you already remember can overstate your preparation.

Question 6

Does Exams.com.sg replace a CEI training course?

Accepted Answer

Exams.com.sg provides self-study practice and revision tools. We do not provide a Certificate of Attendance for an approved CEI training course. If you are required to complete a course before taking or retaking the official examination, using our platform does not fulfil that requirement. Refer to MOM’s CEI guidance for the requirements that apply to you.

Question 7

What is included in the free CEI (KAH) mock exam?

Accepted Answer

The free mock contains 80 questions with a two-hour time limit. You can attempt it without registration and see your score after submitting. It gives you an initial view of your preparation and an opportunity to practise pacing. Detailed weak-area diagnosis and additional practice are available through paid plans.

Question 8

Do I need an account or payment details to take the free mock exam?

Accepted Answer

Question 9

How should I use the free mock exam?

Question 10

What is included in the Single Full Mock?

Accepted Answer

Question 13

When does Complete Access start and expire?

Accepted Answer

Complete Access lasts three months from the date your payment is verified.Plan your purchase around your revision schedule so that you have time to use the included practice features and mock attempts during the access period.

Question 14

How does weak-area diagnosis help me revise?

Accepted Answer

Weak-area diagnosis breaks down your practice performance so you can see which modules, topics or question types need more attention.Use it to choose what to revise next. A result based on only a few questions gives limited evidence, so review the explanations and look for recurring mistakes across several practice sessions.

Accepted Answer

No. Payment to Exams.com.sg is for access to our practice materials and features only.Official examination registration and fees are separate and must be arranged with the appointed examination provider.

Question 16

What should I do if my internet disconnects or the exam page stops responding?

These details will help when reporting the issue.
