What we collect
Exam attempts and answers, timing data, device and browser information needed for security and reliability, your email address if you create an account, and payment records supplied by our payment provider. We never store full card details.
Why we use it
To run and mark your exams, produce your diagnosis and progress reports, manage your access period and attempts, respond to support requests and detect abuse of the free exam.
Anonymous free attempts
The free diagnostic runs without an account using a random attempt identifier stored in your browser. If you then create an account to unlock the detailed diagnosis, that attempt is linked to your account.
Consent and marketing
Operational messages about a diagnosis you requested are separate from optional marketing messages. Marketing consent is never pre-selected, and we record the exact wording and time of every consent you give. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers who host our platform, process payments and send our email. We never send question text, answers or unnecessary personal data to analytics services, and we do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
Exam history is kept while your account is active so your progress remains meaningful. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us; records we must keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes are retained for the required period only.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
